CHEESE
MAKING
Ever made homemade cheese? On one of our farms, delicious goat’s milk cheeses are on the menu. From start to finish, farmers make cheese using methods handed down through the generations. The cheese is so delicious, the farm has a hard time keeping up with demand!

Many of our farms grow organic produce which the farmers use to derive products, such as hot pepper relishes and brine pickles. Old tradition of pickling and canning techniques result in delightful gourmet quality products.

Some of our working farms have animals: sheep, horses, goats, and chickens, all raised traditionally and integrated into the daily workings of the farms. Of course, every farm has its very own family dog.
